Regional Group Coordinator: Surrey
Our Surrey Regional Group have had the privilege of meeting twice in the past couple of months – and I think it's safe to say there's been something for everyone in the range of subjects we've explored.

Our first session focused on mental health, where we primarily explored yang sheng principles from nutrition, qigong, breathwork, and through to the power of gardening.

For the second session we concentrated on the metal channels and enjoyed exploring a mix both of commonly used and often forgotten points. We also discussed various related topics, such as how menopause can be viewed as a movement through the metal phase.

I genuinely learn so much from every regional group meeting – and I want to thank every single person who has joined us and shared their amazing advice, experiences, and wisdom.

Our sessions are enjoyed by practitioners of all stages – whether students or seasoned veterans of our trade – and across a wide geography, even reaching as far as Gibraltar recently!

Anyone is welcome to come along and share their experience – or to just sit quietly and learn.
