BAcC recruitment: part-time Office Administrator

The BAcC is recruiting for a part time Office Administrator

In this role, you would join the staff team in working to support the membership in a number of ways. The work can be quite varied, from answering calls from members to supporting the other staff and Governing Board in their roles.

The Office Administrator will work closely with our Systems & Operations Manager and with other colleagues across the organisation in order to ensure that the office and all systems run smoothly and effectively, and that our members receive an excellent service. We are looking for someone with proven administrative experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills including a pleasant telephone manner. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in the range of processes that support a membership organisation and to support members working across different functions within a close knit collaborative team.

The successful applicant will also have an interest in acupuncture and belief in it as a valid healthcare choice.

The role is three days per week with hybrid working. The work is mostly work from home with a minimum requirement of two days per month at the London office in Jeddo Road. The contract runs to September 2025 (which may be extended).
