Hand your form to BAcC staff at the BAcC reception, send a scanned copy by email to info@acupuncture.org.uk or post to Conference Prize Draw, British Acupuncture Council, 63 Jeddo Road, London, W12 9HQ and must arrive no later than Monday 22 July 2024.

Entry
Entrants must be a delegate at The UK Conference of Chinese Medicine 2024, excluding employees of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and the Register of Chinese Medicine (RCHM), and is limited to one entry per delegate.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified within a reasonable time after the Draw Date or any subsequent draw by email within 7 days of the draw. The prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if a winner is unable to be contacted after a reasonable period or if any prize is unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a supplementary winner may be drawn at the BAcC’s discretion.
The BAcC’s and RCHM’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner’s names might be published in Acu. and enews at the BAcC’s discretion.
The BAcC and RCHM reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the draw after any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
The promoter of this Prize Draw is the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and the Register of Chinese Medicine (RCHM).
