The fact sheets have three sections:

  • Overview: a summary of the currently available evidence
  • Commentary: assessment of the acupuncture and placebo interventions used in key clinical trials
  • References: the list of clinical trials, systematic reviews in clinical guidelines that we have used in developing these fact sheets

Please note: we are currently undertaking a major review to update and broaden the information contained within the fact sheets. You may notice a different structure for some fact sheets.
